I grew up on the golden hills of Southern California, but half of my heart remains in New Zealand. (I’m half Kiwi!) I’m so grateful every time I get to travel back to see the country that holds so much beauty.

I love to explore everything about a place I’m visiting, especially the thrift scene or the national parks if I can. Fun fact: half of my closet is thrifted vintage finds. When I’m traveling, I’m fascinated by the culture, the food, the clothes, everything that makes up a community people call home.

And luckily, I get to document the beauty I find with my favorite travel partner—my camera. Another fun fact: I love photographing on film cameras. It fits in well with my love of all things vintage. I adore how nostalgic it looks. (If you’re interested in booking me as your elopement photographer, I offer film photography as part of the package!)

Great question. I bring all of my passion for helping you choose an untraditional experience, as well as documenting who you are as a couple. I try and give you space and time for you both so you can enjoy the moment without it feeling intrusive, and also guiding you through fun prompts that feels right for you. Because most of all, I value giving you time to bask in what the day is: comitting your life to YOUR person.

The day isn’t about your photographer, the day is about YOU! This is why I’m so passionate about what kind of experience I get to give to my couples because I truly believe in marriage. I want you to have the day you choose. I want you to feel deeply connected to the location YOU choose, as well as, to how I capture your day.

And sometimes that means giving you guys more space to breath and relax while I capture you guys. Sometimes that means going on more adventurous hikes. Sometimes that means eating pizza and having a beer while watching the sunset. Either way, I’m so excited for you to choose such an intimate and life-changing experience.
